child safety standards

our commitment

b3rri has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). we prohibit any content, conduct, or account that sexualizes, endangers, grooms, or exploits a minor. we remove it, permanently ban the people responsible, and report to the proper authorities.

these standards apply to everyone on b3rri and to everything on it — direct messages, group and public chats, voice rooms, boards, photos, loopi videos, profiles, and links.

what CSAE and CSAM mean

• CSAE — child sexual abuse and exploitation. this includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, and any sexualization of a person under 18.
• CSAM — child sexual abuse material: any depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor, in any format, including drawn, animated, AI-generated, or edited imagery.

zero tolerance

the following are strictly prohibited and lead to immediate, permanent removal of the account on the first violation:

• sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM.
• grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexualized communication with or about a minor.
• sextortion, or attempting to arrange offline contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
• trafficking or endangerment of a minor.

minimum age

b3rri is not intended for children. every user must meet the minimum age required in their country and must be at least 13. registrations that indicate an underage user are rejected, and accounts we later identify as underage are removed.

how we detect and prevent

• reporting and blocking tools are available to every user, in-app, at all times.
• we moderate content and conduct and act on the reports we receive.
• we review reported profiles, messages, rooms, and media.
• our trust & safety team is trained to recognize and escalate CSAE, with a clear internal path for handling it.

how to report

anyone — you do not need an account — can report a child-safety concern:

• in the app — use the report control on any message, post, room, profile, or user. the block control stops contact from that account immediately.
• by email — [email protected].
• to authorities — you can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) or your local law enforcement.

we treat CSAE reports as urgent and aim to review them within 24 hours.

how we respond

• we investigate and remove violating content, preserving the minimum evidence the law requires.
• we permanently disable the offending account and work to block re-registration.
• we report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement and competent child-safety authorities.
• we investigate related accounts and content.

cooperation with law enforcement

• we respond promptly to lawful requests from authorities.
• we preserve and provide evidence as the law requires.
• where a child is in imminent danger, we follow emergency-disclosure procedures.

compliance

b3rri complies with Google Play's Child Safety Standards and with the applicable child-protection laws of the regions where it operates, including mandatory reporting obligations. these standards work alongside our terms and privacy policy.
